Delivery services

We offer free delivery for Chibougamau area. For Chapais, Ouje-Bougoumou, Mistissini, Waswanipi, and all coastal communities, Waskaganish, Eastmain, Wemindji, and Chisasibi, we charge a small fee of $5 per order.

We utilize reliable shipping services such as Canada Post and Purolator to deliver your plants and plant cuttings. Depending on your location and preferences, you can choose between standard and expedited shipping options. This flexibility allows you to select the method that best suits your needs.

Shipping Restrictions
It's important to note that we currently ship only within Canada. Additionally, some plant species may have restrictions based on agricultural regulations in certain regions. We encourage you to check local regulations before placing your order to avoid any surprises. We only ship plants during the growing season to avoid plants from freezing.

Shipping Schedule
To ensure your plants are shipped at the right time, we process orders on Sundays through Wednesdays. Orders placed after Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday. This schedule helps prevent any delays that could occur if plants are held at the post office. During peak seasons or adverse weather conditions, we will keep you informed of any potential delays.

Packaging
Your plants will be carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in optimal condition. We use protective materials like bubble wrap and sturdy boxes to prevent damage during transit. Live plants may be shipped with soil or in pots with adequate moisture, so they remain healthy upon arrival.

Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your package. You can view the shipping charges at checkout before completing your purchase. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions for orders that meet specific criteria, so keep an eye out for those opportunities!

Delivery Times
