Shipping Policy for Plants and Plant Cuttings

1. Shipping Methods:
We offer shipping via Canada Post & Purolator for all plant and plant cutting orders. Our shipping methods include standard shipping and expedited shipping options, depending on your location and preferences.

2. Shipping Restrictions:
Please note that we currently only ship plants and plant cuttings within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Additionally, certain plant species may be restricted for shipping to certain states or regions due to agricultural regulations. It is the responsibility of the customer to check local regulations before placing an order.

3. Shipping Schedule:
Orders are typically processed and shipped on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. All orders placed after Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday to avoid any plants or plant cuttings being held at the post office. At this time, all plants and plant cuttings are only being mailed during summer months. During peak seasons or adverse weather conditions, there may be slight delays in shipping. Customers will be notified of any delays or changes to the shipping schedule.

4. Packaging:
All plants and plant cuttings are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in optimal condition. We use protective packaging materials such as bubble wrap, foam inserts, and sturdy boxes to prevent damage during transit. Live plants may be shipped with soil or in pots with adequate moisture to maintain plant health.

5. Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the package. Customers can view shipping costs at checkout before completing their purchase. We may offer free shipping promotions for orders that meet certain criteria, as specified on our website or promotional materials.

6. Delivery Times:
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days, while expedited shipping may arrive sooner. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during busy periods or inclement weather.

7. Tracking and Confirmation:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Customers can track their packages using the provided tracking number to monitor the delivery status and expected arrival date.

8. Delivery Issues:
In the rare event of a delivery issue, such as damaged or lost packages, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a satisfactory resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

9. Returns and Refunds:
Due to the nature of live plants and plant cuttings, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require photographic evidence of the damage for verification purposes.
